Wofa Kick Ass Dance Cardio (KADC) is Rosie Banchero’s signature fusion of Afrocentric and Western dance movement, cardio conditioning, rhythm, and choreography. WOFA Soul Flo Rhythm & Restore
WOFA Soul Flo Rhythm & Restore is Rosie Banchero’s vision of a joyful movement experience blending Afrocentric and Eurocentric dance principles with yoga, Pilates, toning, and mindful movement. Set to great music—with occasional live West African drumming and guest DJs—Soul Flo is designed to center, strengthen, harmonize, restore, and bring joy through movement and community.
West African Drum Lab
An experience of the rhythms of Guinea, West Africa. We explore the unique interplay of the Djembe, and Guinean stick drums (Dunun). The class is extremely beginner-friendly. Those with drum experience will be placed on more challenging parts, depending on their interest.
All with an interest in hand drumming, jamming, and grooving are welcome!
Djembe hand drums are available to rent for classes, $5.

CELEBRATING DANCE, DRUM, AND SONG OF WEST AND CENTRAL AFRICA
Rosie Banchero Rosie Banchero holds a B.F.A. degree in modern dance from the University of Utah. Rosie has choreographed and performed professionally for years in Utah. She traveled to Africa many times to study African movement and music. She teaches African dance at the University of Utah, Utah Valley University, and The Rose Wagner Community School.
WOFA Dance offers highly energetic performances for dance arrangements, corporate events, and school cultural immersion.
