WOFA Performing Arts celebrates the powerful fusion of Pan-African and Western dance, creating dynamic performances and educational programs that honor the history, artistry, and cultural significance of African traditions. We foster cross-cultural dialogue, deepen appreciation for Africa’s global influence, and support African artists worldwide through engaging, transformative experiences.

Rosie Banchero Rosie Banchero holds a B.F.A. degree in modern dance from the University of Utah. Rosie has choreographed and performed professionally for years in Utah. She traveled to Africa many times to study African movement and music. She teaches African dance at the University of Utah, Utah Valley University, and The Rose Wagner Community School.
